Open Letter to Mosaic ITES Services SEO Performance
We received your request for October 2010 payment for SEO work performed. We would be happy to make this payment if the work had been performed. In my email to the Account Manager I outlined our agreement and those tasks that were not completed per our agreement. Even some of the tasks that were completed did nothing to enhance the optimization of our site. Some of those tasks are as follows:
Back links - back links were provided but 90% of the sites were not indexed by Google. This is analogous to building a bridge to nowhere and does nothing to enhance optimization
Articles - the articles were place on sites that again were not indexed by Google with the exception of one site.
We had to spend a good deal of our time to re-write the articles and blogs because the content and grammar was not correct, i.e., talking about a robust market in Phoenix Arizona is not in concert with today's reality of the current market. Even though you're a company based in India, if you're doing business in the USA your people must accurately research their material and someone must proof read the articles for spelling and grammar corrections.
You already have an email of all the deficiencies that we outlined so I will not repeat them here. What I do want to do is extend our appreciation and thanks for replacing the Account Manager and trying to correct these concerns, however, I must reiterate that we will not pay for the month of October for the work not performed. We look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with Mosaic ITES Services SEO performance endeavors.
Thank you for your help. It's very much appreciated.
